Where are your parts moving?

Inspection takes place at the agreed Indian site. We confirm the component, method, access and available resources before committing to the assignment.

From an Indian supplier to you

Check the agreed characteristics before dispatch. Use final inspection to make visible defects, dimensional exceptions and incomplete checks clear while the lot is still at source.

Questions from overseas teams

Can we arrange an inspection without travelling to India?

Start with a remote enquiry. The team reviews your scope and coordinates the proposed assignment at the Indian site. The supplier or site owner must provide access, the material and agreed working arrangements.

Do you check every part or take a sample?

That depends on the agreed inspection plan. State whether you need 100% inspection or an approved sampling plan. Sampling does not establish that every item has been checked. The part risk, customer requirements and available method must shape the scope.

Is this a customs or product-certification service?

This page covers component quality inspection against agreed requirements. Any regulatory certification, customs documentation or specialist testing needs separate confirmation. An inspection report is not a product approval or a guarantee that every possible defect has been detected.

How much does an inspection in India cost?

Send the site, quantities, number of characteristics, method, readiness and timing. These determine the required resources and assignment scope. Pioneer provides the applicable commercial terms after reviewing the requirement.

Can you work to our customer’s controlled-shipping requirements?

Share the customer’s instruction, defect criteria, reporting format and exit requirements. Pioneer confirms the independent inspection scope and feasibility. Customer nomination or approval requirements still apply; Pioneer does not approve exit on the customer’s behalf.
