When to bring us in

You need an independent check before material moves to the next stage.

Buying manufactured parts from an Indian supplier, or sending components to a customer in India? An independent inspection gives your quality team evidence from the agreed inspection point. Pioneer checks the defined characteristics against your drawing, specification or approved reference and reports what was found. The scope can cover incoming, in-process or final inspection.

What the scope can include

  • Incoming material and component checks
  • In-process checks at agreed production stages
  • Final inspection before dispatch
  • Visual and dimensional verification

The evidence you can agree

Reporting is defined before the assignment. Depending on the scope, it can include:

  • Inspection scope and acceptance criteria
  • Recorded observations and measurement results
  • Clear accepted, rejected and hold status
  • Nonconformance escalation for your disposition

Apply the agreed visual and dimensional methods. Confirm instrument availability and calibration requirements before the assignment, and identify accepted, rejected or held material.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can an overseas buyer arrange inspection in India?

Yes. Send the Indian site location, component details and the checks you need. Include the supplier contact and your quality decision-maker so the assignment, site access and reporting route can be agreed before work starts.

Does third-party inspection mean every part is checked?

Only when 100% inspection is part of the agreed scope. A sampling assignment checks selected units under the approved plan. The report should distinguish the presented quantity, checked quantity and characteristics inspected.

Is this a product certificate or a release approval?

The deliverable is the inspection evidence agreed for the assignment. It does not automatically certify a product or transfer release authority. Acceptance, concession and release decisions remain with the responsible customer or quality authority.
